This policy explains how Zelviq Value Soft (“Zelviq”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit our website, contact us, or work with us. It applies to this website and general business communications. A separate agreement may describe additional data handling for a particular project.

1. Information we handle

Information you provide. Contact and project buttons open WhatsApp click-to-chat with a prefilled welcome message. If you complete an enquiry form, your browser opens WhatsApp with your name, email, project type, and any optional details you entered prefilled. Nothing is sent until you choose to send the message. This website does not submit or store form contents. If sent, the message is received by Zelviq and handled through WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Information received during a project. We may handle contact, billing, account, technical, and project information needed to scope, provide, support, and invoice for services. The project agreement and instructions determine what information we process on a client's behalf.

Basic technical information. Our hosting provider may receive routine connection data such as an IP address, browser type, device information, and request logs to deliver and protect the website. This site does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies.

Currency estimates. Product pages may request a daily USD/INR reference rate from the public Frankfurter API to estimate INR prices. That request does not include enquiry or payment details, though standard connection data may be visible to the rate provider. The displayed conversion is an estimate, not a payment quote.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to you, prepare proposals, provide and support services, communicate project updates, manage our business records, protect the website and our systems, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details to send marketing newsletters.

3. When we share information

If you choose to send an enquiry through WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes that communication under its own terms and privacy policy. Read the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. We may also share information with trusted providers that help us host the website, manage projects, process payments, or provide agreed services. They may use it only as needed for their role and under appropriate obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect people or our rights, or as part of a business reorganisation. We do not share information with third parties for their own advertising.
