This Refund Policy describes how Zelviq Value Soft (“Zelviq”, “we”, “us”) handles cancellations and refund requests for services paid to us. We aim to make project commitments clear before work starts. A signed proposal or service agreement may specify a different cancellation or refund arrangement; that written agreement governs the relevant project. Nothing here reduces rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
1. Scope and billing
Fees, taxes, milestones, payment dates, and included work will be set out in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement. This policy applies to payments made directly to Zelviq. Payments made to third-party software platforms, hosting providers, app stores, or payment processors are subject to their own refund rules.
Product-page Buy Now actions start an enquiry only and do not complete a software purchase. If a product order is offered, its availability, licence, delivery, cancellation, and refund terms will be provided in writing before payment is requested. This policy does not replace any product-specific terms or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
2. Custom projects and cancellation
Custom software, design, consulting, and implementation work is planned and staffed for a specific client. You may request cancellation in writing at any time. We will pause new work as soon as reasonably practical and confirm completed work, outstanding commitments, and any amount due.
If cancellation is requested before work begins, prepaid fees for work not started will generally be returned, less any non-cancellable costs or commitments already made specifically for the project. Once work has begun, amounts for work completed, approved milestones, time reserved or spent under the agreed plan, and non-refundable third-party costs are not refundable. Any remaining prepaid balance for work not performed or committed will be assessed for refund in line with the project agreement and applicable law.
If a deliverable has a material issue against the agreed written requirements, contact us promptly with details. We will review it and, where covered by the project agreement, work with you on a correction or other agreed remedy. A refund is not automatic where a reasonable correction can address the issue.
3. Recurring or subscription services
For recurring services provided directly by Zelviq, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the written agreement says otherwise. Fees for a period already started are generally not prorated, except where the agreement or applicable law requires a refund. Third-party subscriptions and licences must be cancelled with the relevant provider and may have separate renewal and refund conditions.
4. How to request a refund
Use the contact details on our Contact page with the invoice or project reference, the amount in question, and a short explanation. We will acknowledge the request and aim to respond within five business days. If a refund is approved, we will return it to the original payment method where possible, usually within ten business days of approval. A payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
5. Exceptions and contact
We may consider an exception where circumstances justify it and the applicable agreement and law permit. This policy does not limit any statutory refund, cancellation, or consumer right. If you have questions or believe a payment was made in error, contact us at View contact information.
Before publishing, align this policy with your actual payment schedule, cancellation terms, service plans, and applicable local consumer rules.
