THE DETAILS / TERMS

Terms & conditions.

These terms cover use of our website and the starting point for working together.

LAST UPDATED October 21, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you access the Zelviq Value Soft website or contact us about our services. “Zelviq”, “we”, or “us” means Zelviq Value Soft. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. A separately signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement will set the specific scope and commercial terms for a project; if it conflicts with these website Terms, the signed project agreement controls for that project.

1. Website information and acceptable use

We provide this website for general information about our capabilities. Content is not a binding offer, technical specification, or professional advice. We try to keep it current, but we do not guarantee that every description is complete or suitable for a particular purpose. You may use the website lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to it, or copy and exploit its content except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

Product listings and prices are informational. A Buy Now action on this website starts a purchase enquiry only; it does not complete an order or charge a payment method. Before any payment is requested, product availability, supported Windows versions, licence, delivery, final price, payment route, and applicable cancellation and refund terms will be confirmed in writing.

2. Project services

Services begin only after we agree the scope, fees, payment schedule, delivery assumptions, and acceptance process in writing. You agree to provide timely access, information, decisions, and feedback needed for the work. We will flag material scope changes, dependencies, or delays and agree any change to timing or fees before carrying it out. Third-party platforms, hosting, licences, payment providers, or other external services may have their own terms, availability, and charges.

Any target dates depend on the agreed scope and on both parties meeting their responsibilities. We will use reasonable care and skill in delivering services and will describe any included warranty, support period, or acceptance remedy in the relevant project agreement.

3. Ownership and materials

Unless the project agreement says otherwise, each party keeps ownership of materials, software, know-how, and intellectual property it owned or developed independently before a project. Client-provided materials remain yours. Rights in project-specific deliverables, source code, reusable components, and third-party materials will be stated in the signed project agreement. Where that agreement grants or transfers rights after full payment, any licence needed before payment will be limited to review and acceptance of the work.

You are responsible for having rights to materials you give us and for any licences you need for third-party services you ask us to use.

4. Confidentiality and privacy

Each party should protect the other party's non-public information using reasonable care and use it only for the relevant business or project purpose. This does not cover information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, already lawfully known, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source. Any project-specific confidentiality or data-processing obligations should be written into the applicable agreement. Our general handling of website and enquiry information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, warranty, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. For project work, warranty commitments and any applicable liability limits should be expressly agreed in the signed project agreement.

To the extent permitted by law and subject to any project agreement, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, confidentiality or intellectual-property obligations where such limitation is not permitted, or any other liability that the law does not allow a party to limit.

6. General terms

We may change or discontinue website content at any time. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and date. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. These Terms do not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. The governing law and dispute forum for project services should be identified in the signed project agreement; mandatory consumer or other applicable laws continue to apply.

Questions about these Terms can be sent through our Contact page.

✳

Before a project starts, both parties should agree a written scope covering deliverables, fees, milestones, acceptance, IP ownership, support, and any jurisdiction-specific terms.
